Staff AccountantRadco Roofing is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing team. Radco Roofing is a Charlotte metro-based commercial roofing contractor serving the southeast region of the United States. The position will report directly to the Controller and offers the candidate an opportunity to grow rapidly within the corporate accounting department of the company. The candidate will be expected to lead monthly reporting requirements, assist in ongoing account analysis, upkeep accounting systems/software, document and implement best practices within the accounting department, and ad hoc projects as needed. In addition to exposure to senior leadership, the position will work closely with Project Coordinators to ensure they have accounting support as needed. The position provides an opportunity to be "hands-on" across numerous departments in the company and can provide rapid growth potential for a candidate that excels in the role.Radco Roofing is excited to fill this position as quickly as possible.
