Purpose & Scope:
This hourly position assists with daily production reports, finished inventories, and transfers from other plants. Other duties including, but not limited to, monthly/quarterly reporting, and physical inventory test counts/adjustments.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Complete daily production yield reports, labor utilization reports, and inventory reconciliation.
• Receive, review, and match vendor invoices and submit for payment.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments with inventory cycle counts and PO reconciliation.
• Audit parts inventory counts.
• Ad hoc reporting.
  Working Conditions:
  
  • General office environment
  • Production and maintenance settings. Must be able to perform activities such as extended standing, climbing stairs, etc.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures on occasion (for audits, visiting production areas, etc.)
    Basic Minimum Qualifications:
    
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Attitude/willingness of continued learning and growth.
    • Ability to multi-task along with maintaining a high level of accuracy.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Associate degree or 1-2 years clerical experience preferred.
