Job Description:
Our CFO is responsible for the financial operation of the
Corporation, including the preparation of corporate budgets, grant
budgets, financial statement preparation and operational reports.
Develops and maintains systems to insure that we operate on a sound
financial base with all invoices and expenses reimbursed via an
approved mechanism. Prepares and presents reports for the Finance
Committee Board of Directors along with advises the Board of
Directors on all Financial matters concerning the
Corporation.Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: BS in
Accounting or Finance or MBA in related field. CPA a plus. A
minimum of 5 years as a Financial Manager in Health, Human Services
or Non-profit organizations. 3-5 years supervisory experience.
Health Care experience is required.Key Responsibilities: Budgeting
and forecasting, develop models and variables to support reliable
and achievable financial goals.Synthesizes complex or diverse
information, collects and researches dates, uses intuition and
experience to complement data, designs work flows and
procedures.
Develops projects plans; coordinates projects, communicates changes
and progress, completes projects on time and budget, manages
project team activities.
Includes staff in planning, decision making, facilitation and
process improvements; takes responsibility for subordinates
activities, makes self-available to staff, provides regular
performance feedback, develops subordinates skills and encourages
growth, fosters quality focus on others.
Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently, plans
for additional resources, sets goals and objectives, organizes or
schedules other people and their task.
Develops strategies to achieve organizational goals, understands
organization's strengths and weaknesses, analyzes market and
competition, identifies external threats and opportunities, and
adapts strategy to changing conditions.Benefits:
