Staff AccountantWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5

Function:Serve as Staff Accountant to CFO performing data analysis
and accounting responsibilities.Essential Position
Responsibilities:• Prepare journal entries.• Execute mid-level
general ledger account reconciliations.• Reconcile bank
statements.• Analyze financial statements and update monthly
spreadsheets and graphs.• Intercompany transfers.• Assist with
monthly close process.• Perform general cost accounting.? Assist
with annual audit.• Cross-train and support accounting functions to
include Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Cash Receipts.• Process
annual Escheats payments.• Special projects as needed.• Assist
Controller as needed.• Other duties as assigned to meet company
needs.Required Skills and Abilities:• Detail and deadline
oriented.• Strong analytic abilities.• Ability to work
independently and prioritize tasks.• Work well under pressure and
in a fast-paced environment.• Take ownership and pride in
work.Education and Experience:• Advanced knowledge and experience
with Excel.• Experience with accounting software and data entry.•
Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures
including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Physical
Requirements:• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a
computer.• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.This job
